The expiration dates for each lesson plans are as follow; 1 month for 10 times, 1 month for 12 times, 2 months for 20 times, 3 months for 30 times, 6 months for 50 times and 12 months for 100 times from the purchasing day.

It's not allowed to transfer purchased lessons to other people and we do not refund for cancellation in the middle of lessons.

Non-refundable in the case that customers can't take lessons due to computer faults or internet connection problems after purchasing.
